Democracia is a collective led by Pablo España and Iván López, who used the language of advertising and propaganda and return it against its master.

Democracia's ORDER is a Gesamtkunstwerk that consists of a tripartite operatic film and an expansive accompanying installation that presents artefacts, artworks and documentation from the opera in Democracia’s characteristically flawless style. The libretto of ORDER is inspired by Hesiod’s didactic poem Works & Days, specifically the Myth of The Five Ages. The work presents in three acts - Eat the Rich/Kill the Poor; Konsumentenchor; and Dinner at the Dorchester - not only a dramaticized analogue of our reality but carefully engineered interventions in public and private spaces.

To illustrate their exhibition it has been decided to produce the most popular communication support : a newspaper. Their very effective design perfectly worked in this configuration, with large slogans, big words or white on black inserts.
